Your Rights
You may return the product within 14 days only if it is in the same condition as received, unused, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required. Refund processing time is 7 days.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at artena.store1@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items made to order, personalized, or created to the customer's specific request are not subject to the right of withdrawal, as required by European legislation on personalized goods.
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access your personal data, to rectify or erase it, or to receive a copy thereof, to limit or object to the active processing of your data, to request that Artena di Vincenzo Fortunato share/transfer your personal data to another entity, to withdraw consent to the processing of your data provided by you, to lodge a complaint with a legal authority, and to exercise other rights provided by applicable law. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable laws.
The return address will be communicated after the return has been approved.
