Totò, pseudonym of Antonio Griffo Focas Flavio Angelo Ducas Comneno Porfirogenito Gagliardi De Curtis, was an Italian actor, comedian, playwright, poet, lyricist, screenwriter, and philanthropist. A symbol of Italian comedy, nicknamed "the prince of laughter," he is considered, also thanks to some dramatic roles, one of the greatest performers in the history of Italian theater and cinema.
